Performing isn’t just about the performance itself. There are many steps leading up to this that need to be in place before the curtains draw open and the spotlight flickers on.

Whether you’re a typical type of performer such as an actor, singer, musician or entertainer, or you need to present to an audience of any size for a one off occasion or on a more regular basis, then this workshop can bring insights into a more positive way of approaching your performance.

In this workshop you will explore many of the aspects that contribute to a performance. These include:-

– Emotions on the day of performance

– Different types of confidence

– Limiting Beliefs that can be removed or replaced

– Retrain your brain to take control of your subconscious

The workshop will be spread over 4 hours with some breaks in between to reflect on activities and gain insights that can be used in your life as a performer as well as other areas.
